The Company's Vision

Etgar Medical Instruments was established in 1991 by Mr. Eliezer Atias in order to provide solutions to the shortage in medical instruments in operating rooms in Israel and around the world. For years, the company had provided sub-contractor services in the field of metalworking according to drafts, to leading Israeli companies in medicine, aviation, electronics and agriculture. Eliezer had established and developed the company for years in his unique way, while observing values dear to him. Those values became the organizational culture of the company and its workers.               

Values in the ways of people and the ways of business bestow Etgar with an organizational solidity, power as a group and the customer’s trust. They also direct the company’s workers to the ideological level in which we believe and to which we aspire in our personal, organizational and business conduct.

Etgar’s objective is to become a leading factor in technological innovation in the medical metalworking, to be a meaningful factor in the Galilee as a source of employment, and to grow, develop and profit in order to fulfill the dreams of its owners and employees.
