• Quality control is carried out at every stage of a project, including stringent final product inspection. 
  Etgar meets the toughest customer requirements.
• Determining the company’s quality policy is the management’s task, and it shall be implemented by the managers and workers in the various levels.
• The management and the workers view quality and reliability as a basic tool for the company’s success.
• The management  will act for constant development, implementation and improvement of the quality management system’s effectiveness.
• The quality level required in the company is derived from the Director General’s requirements, the customer requirements and obligatory standards in the field along with a commitment to implement the ISO 9001 – 2000 standard.
•  The management and workers will view the customer’s satisfaction and expectations a cardinal objective.  
• The company’s management and workers will work under a quality policy , clear, uniformed and understood by all levels and ranks.
• Criteria shall be determined to guarantee a professional service and adherence to timetables, as agreed with the customer.
• Services and products provided to the company will be reliable and controlled. The company will give priority to suppliers with a high level of quality control and who implement, or in the process of implementing the ISO 9001 – 2000 standard.  
• The management imposes on all systems the obligation to guarantee the implementation of the management’s quality policy. The management shall periodically review the quality policy in order to adjust it to the requirements.
• The management will determine measurable objectives and targets and shall follow their achievement as a means for examining the quality system with the aid of management reviews and quality measures. Collection of data will be implemented in every possible field, for follow-up, examination and implementation of the aim to constantly improve safety, service and production.
