	Director General – Mr. Eliezer Atias, 57, quality engineer, 20 year of experience in blade technology as projects manager Mr. Atias had established the company in 1991.
	Financial Manager – Mr. Yaniv Atias, 32, an economics and management graduate. He is serving in this position since 2003. Yaniv has 3 years of experience in project management for the Telekol Company in Petah-Tikvah.
	Marketing and Development Manager – Mr. Ronen Atias, 34, who is a qualified real estate agent. Ronen is serving in this position since 2001. He was for 3 years a partner in a real estate agency in Ramat Aviv.
	Production, Machining and Cutting Manager – Mr. Andre Ohana, 62, who has 15 years of experience as production manager in the Microdent Company from the Iscar Group. Andre is serving in this position since 1993.
	Whetting Unit Manager – Israel Tzur, 51, who has been working for 12 years in the whetting unit of Microdent. Israel is serving in this position since 2001.
	Quality Manager – Batia Tal, 50, who is a practical engineer in quality assurance. Batia is serving in this position since 2000.
